The life of Achara Ji is a story of constant struggle and achievements. At his birth ceremony, the pandits told to Shri Daryao Singh and Smt. Bimla Devi, respected parents of Dr. Anupam Acharya that he was a saint in past and forecasted that he will be a great saint, future-teller and motivator in future. He started to enchant many Sanskrit mantras in his childhood. Because of his acute and never ending interest in spirituality, he met many religious saints, but he was adopted by Dada Sahab Nayagar Ji. Mahan Ishwar Baba Nayagar Ji answered his many queries and told him the real meaning of Five Names in Guru Granth Sahib. Chhotay Thakur alias Dr. Anupam Achjarya met Bade Thakur Ji in village Pabra of Hissar District of Haryana. At the meeting Nayagar Ji told secretes of his mind, influenced by that Acharya Ji requested Nayagar Ji to initiate him. But Nayagar Ji told him that if you want miracles search for magicians, and if you are in search of salvation come to me. Acharya Ji went out of his home in search of divine master. The journey continued for six days and night. Finally, Great Master saw him in Jandli village of Hissar at midnight. He was initiated by Bhagwan Nayagar Ji Amritnami at a very early age of twelve years.

Acharya Ji remained in Jandli Ashram for forty days where he learned many divine methods. On 41^st day, Great Master asked him to move out to the world and order him to serve the mankind. In continuation of his keen interest in religion and spiritualism, Hazir Huzur Anupam Ji Amritnami (Spiritual Name of Dr. Anupam Acharya Ji) has establishedRuhani Rasta (Amritnam Bhakti Marg) for seekers of true salvation and mental peace. This spiritual master has initiated lakhs of people worldwide. He is the existing Chairman of Ruhani Rasta organization. He has written SHRI SHABAD THAKUR JI, a comprehensive poetic and prose monograph on teachings of Nayagar Ji including principles of major religions in the world.
